This young lady was probably only 10 and she was working the tourists with her grandmother. This was at a stop between Chivay in the Colca Canyon and Puno

The tracks were like a some walkway. We were in a large van that had to backup twice to get around truly hairpin corners….with drop offs! We went in to pick up members of our tour group.

There were 4 more similar displays along the sides of the church. Most of the important villages in the Colca Valley have similar churches.

It dates back to 1885 and is quite elaborate inside.

These terraces line the whole valley.
